'Crust & Culture Pizzeria' originated from a single vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family laid its foundation in 1985, kicking off with a humble, family-oriented shop that has evolved from generational recipes.

The journey of our founder, Margherita Bianchi, involved mastering the craft of pizza creation during her sojourn across Italy, gleaning expertise from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. Returning to the UK, her resolve to offer an authentic taste of Italian pizza using classic techniques and select ingredients remained steadfast.

From our initial days as a quaint 12-seat eatery, we've expanded into a cherished community gem, yet our pursuit of excellence and genuine taste have continually been our guiding principles. We maintain our heritage by sticking to wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and seeking out only premium ingredients.

Remaining within the family, 'Crust & Culture Pizzeria' is now in the hands of the succeeding Bianchi kin, driving our devoted crew. As we integrate modern advancements, the core purpose of our establishment endures: concocting delectable, authentic pizzas that unite aficionados.
